PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 20 minutes of shooting time.
BOOKING FEE: Session can be booked by making an upfront payment of $150.
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if notified of a cancellation 48 hours before the session time.
WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.
COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 5 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear during portrait sessions.
COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Lunar Lenz Photography.
CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions.
Am image gallery will be shared with you within 24 hours of your shoot, allowing you to download your favorite images.
